Warm up is extremely important, I can't stress that enough… But with some warm ups taking as long as 5+ minutes, it soon becomes a major chore.

Dip your penis and testicles in and let them soak for a few minutes. The water stays warmer this way, the heat penetrates you more fully, and you save time not having to constantly re-soak and reapply.
