Warm
up is extremely important, I can't stress that enough
But with some warm ups taking as long as 5+ minutes, it soon
becomes a major chore.

sites tell you to warm up using a wet, warm towel (the hot wrap)
and while this is great if you have an eternity to do your PE
workout, it's not so great if you don't.

see the problem occurs when after a few seconds your towel or
hot wrap starts to cool down

it underwater again and again and again to make sure it stays
warm.
To
put it bluntly, warming up that way sucks!
Simply
get a plastic container big enough to fit your penis and testicles
in (I have to use a washing up bowl these days) and fill it
with warm water. Make sure you test the temperature with
your elbow or something first (your hands are not very good
thermometers) because you don't want to burn your sexual sausage
Dip
your penis and testicles in and let them soak for a few minutes.
The water stays warmer this way, the heat penetrates you more
fully, and you save time not having to constantly re-soak and
reapply.

like to make sure that my PE workouts don't take up too much
time; most guides I've seen (and God knows I have seen a lot)
have you working out for hours!
